On May 28th, LiuGong held Global Customer Day. Through an international live broadcast on the cloud, LiuGong held its first online client festival. The event was linked with the offline main venue and drew over 60,000 viewers from Poland, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Myanmar, India, Thailand, the Philippines, Kenya, and other countries. The event featured 11 products and resulted in a total order amount of USD 10,000,000.

Through the Global Customer Day, LiuGong displayed its high-quality brand and products in a multi-faceted manner, connected with clients, dealers, and subsidiaries through a variety of channels, and furthered its principle of focusing on global clients. LiuGong’s Thai subsidiary also conducted a simultaneous live broadcast to provide local clients with preferential purchases and services.

 

 

 

 

When speaking of the intent behind the Global Customer Day, Luo Guobing, Vice President of LiuGong said that "Over the past 63 years, our clients have taken care of us, and we have paid them great attention in turn. LiuGong has always adhered to a customer-oriented outlook and looks forward to creating and sharing a bright future."

 

 

The international live broadcast delivered a grand experience to clients all over the world. By utilizing the cloud to link the online, offline, on-venue, and off-venue domains, LiuGong conducted on-site overviews, dialogues between LiuGong and its subsidiaries and dealers, a global launch ceremony for its service brand upgrade, along with the multi-faceted display of best-selling products and mining solutions covering excavators, loaders, road rollers, graders, mining trucks, Metso mobile crushing and screening plants, the Jintai series, and other product lines.

 

Featured products included the innovative DW90A electric mining trucks and the LM I1213 Mesto crushing plant; the internationally certified and 2019 Red Dot Award-winning 4180D motor grader; high tonnage machinery such as the 8128H wheel loader and 990F excavator; along with the internationally popular 922E excavator; which have all been well received by clients.

 

 

 

The festival also featured millions of dollars in vouchers, a one-year extended warranty, and 4 livestreamed lucky draws. Two vouchers with a face value of USD 100,000 were spent, one in India and the other in Indonesia. Festival gifts provided tens of thousands of dollars in value covering equipment models, smart watches, office equipment, stereos, sweaters, backpacks, hats, and much more.
